More and more organisations are both committed and working hard to address and improve on the proportion of women women in leadership positions and our Winning Women programme has been designed especially to help them make it a reality. To complement our programme we have launched the results of 10 years of research into a campaign called #FeedbackFirst™. Our findings show that certain types of feedback is holding women back into reaching their leadership potential. We have designed a set of specific solutions that tackle these stereotypical feedback challenges for women, giving them both the tools and techniques to reach the highest levels of leadership in complex and contemporary markets around the world.
