Richard’s leadership expertise is in cultural change and development. He spent the early years of his adult life in the arts, a career which has informed and enhanced his work as a leader and underpins his belief in experiential learning. He has since spent his professional life working around the world for companies such as Shell, Centrica, VINCI, Virgin Money and Swift Payments where he has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging agent for change.
As a Lightbulb Leader, Richard brings an energy and passion for exceptional achievement, with exec coaching, consultancy and development solutions that jointly deliver high levels of engagement, with superb results for leaders of all environments. His background outside the corporate world brings ideas and endeavours that inspire and enlighten in equal measure, when tackling the conundrums of modern leadership.
Richard’s sector experience includes Banking, Oil & Gas, Construction, Nuclear, Legal and Retail. He is a qualified Executive Coach and is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the Association for Coaching. Richard is also a qualified Pinpoint facilitator and holds his Bosiet Offshore Survival Certificate.
