Being a qualified and highly experienced facilitator, trainer and executive coach, she specialises in Management and Leadership development at all levels including personal management and leadership, team management, leadership or C-Suite.
Carolyn has over 15 years of consultancy, program design and delivery in learning and development. Her pragmatic approach, along with her industry experience at Deutsche Bank, has meant Carolyn has worked with numerous global organisations in the UK and worldwide. Programs have ranged from multi-level global change initiatives to individual performance enhancement solutions.
As a Lightbulb Leader, Carolyn’s high support - high challenge approach enables insight, inspiration and realisation. Working with all levels within organisations, Carolyn’s passion to support leaders ensures mindset and behavioural changes are immediately transferred to the business environment producing sustainable results in performance and profits.
